Method 
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 45 mins
Serves: 4
1. Heat a large saucepan. When hot add curry paste and pumpkin and cook over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
2. Add Campbell’s Real Fish Stock and bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk, fish and snow peas and simmer over a low heat for a further 3 minutes or until fish is cooked. Serve with rice.
