Cooking time: 4 hours
Makes: 4 cups
1. Place tomatoes, red capsicum, chilli, McCORMICK Slow Cookers Moroccan Lamb Casserole recipe base and sugar into slow cooker insert pot.
2. Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between Slow Cooker models).
3. Store in sterilised jars and serve with steak, cold meats or as a sandwich spread.
