To cook simply... 1. Combine some chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of MasterFoods® Wholegrain Mustard, cracked black pepper and some olive oil in a bowl.
2. Cook the chops for about 8 minutes then transfer to a plate with a fresh salad of croutons, tomatoes and thinly sliced fennel.
3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the plate and voila – perfect pork chops.
