Soak chicken strips for 20min (or overnight if you have the time) in the Nando‘s Lemon & Herb Marinade. Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the chicken strips for 6 minutes, basting frequently. Leave to cool. Toss fresh rocket, toasted walnuts, cherry tomatoes and chicken strips. For the dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Drizzle over the salad. TIP: SPRINKLE WITH BIG SHAVINGS OF PARMESAN CHEESE
