Veal with Sage and Dill

  • Veal medallions
  • MasterFoods® Sage Leaves
  • MasterFoods® Dill Leaf Tips
  • Wild rocket leaves
  • Lime
  • Olive oil

Method

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins


To cook simply...
1.    Wrap the veal medallions in cling film and tenderise the meat until it’s half a centimetre thick.

2.    Remove from the cling film and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3.    Next sprinkle on some MasterFoods® Sage Leaves and some MasterFoods® Dill Leaf Tips.

4.    Cook in a hot pan for about 30 seconds on both sides. Let it rest for a minute before serving with a squeeze of lime and some wild rocket leaves.
