Turkey and Beef Club Burger

Ingredients
Turkey patties
- 500g turkey mince
- ½ onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 egg
Beef patties
- 500g beef mince
- ½ onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 egg
Coleslaw
- ¼ green cabbage, finely sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- ½ cupwhole egg mayonnaise
To serve
- 8 hamburger buns, toasted
- 8 cheese slices
- 8 bacon rashers, pan fried until crispy
- Tomato sauce
- Barbeque sauce

1. For turkey patties, place turkey mince, onion, parsley and egg in a
bowl, season with salt and pepper. Using clean hands mix well to
combine. Divide mixture into eight and roll into balls. Flatten into
patties.
2. For beef patties, place the beef mince, onion,
parsley and egg in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Using clean
hands mix well to combine. Divide into eight and roll into balls.
Flatten into patties.
3. For coleslaw, place cabbage and carrot in a bowl and add mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over a high heat and cook burgers for
5-6 minutes each side or until cooked through. Repeat with remaining
pattie.
5. To serve, place a burger bun on a plate, top with a
beef pattie, cheese, bacon and coleslaw, top with a turkey pattie,
drizzle with tomato and barbeque sauce and place the burger bun on top.
