Ingredients

  • 2Lilydale chicken portions packs
  • 2 bunches baby carrots, peeled
  • 2 bunches baby beetroot, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen broad beans
  • 1/4 cup frozen baby peas
  • Chervil

Method

1. Place chicken on baking tray lined with baking paper. On a separate tray line with baking paper, place carrots and beetroot. Bake chicken and vegetables in 180C preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

2. In last 5 minutes of cooking time, boil beans and peas, in separate pans.

3. Serve chicken with vegetables, garnished with chervil
