Ingredients

  • 4Large Potatoes (700g)
  • 500gWhite fish fillets
  • MasterFoods® Master Mix™ Lemon, Garlic & Herb Fish Recipe Base
  • 120gMixed lettuce leaves
  • 200gCherry tomatoes
  • 1Cucumber (300g)
  • Lemon (optional garnish)

Method

    To cook simply...
    • Preheat oven to 200°C, spray baking tray with cooking oil.
    • Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges before backing in a pre-heated oven until they’re golden brown.
    • Cut the fish into 4 portions and coat both sides with the Recipe Base.
    • Heat some olive oil in a pan and then cook fish for about 8 - 10 mins or until cooked, turning once.
    • Serve the fish with potato wedges and side salad, and top it off with a lemon quarter garnish
    Notes: Preparation Time: 20 mins
    Cooking Time: 40 mins
