Grilled Baby Snapper with Fennel Seeds

Ingredients

  • Baby pink snapper, cleaned
  • MasterFoods® Fennel Seeds
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Method

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins


To cook simply...
1.    To release the flavour, ground up a good handful of MasterFoods® Fennel Seeds in a mortar and pestle.

2.    Drizzle some olive oil over the fish and sprinkle on the ground fennel seed.

3.    Rub all that lovely flavour in and then grill the fish for about 8 minutes on both sides. Served with a wedge of lemon and a summery salad, it’s the most flavourful way to cook fish.
