Ingredients

  • 4 Heads of corn on the cob
  • 62 ml (1/2 cup) Nando’s Hot PERi-PERi Marinade (or depending on heat tolerance substitute with Nando’s Lemon and Herb Marinade)
  • 50g Butter

Method

1. Boil Corn in boiling water for 8 – 10 minutes with a lid

2. Drain in a colander

3. Preheat a barbecue or chargrill to medium. Brush the corn with Nandos PERi-PERi Marinade and butter, turning frequently for 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown.

Serve with Nando’s Peri-Peri  Sauce on the side.
