Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Brown the beef mince in some olive oil, add the recipe base and stir through.
Toss in the red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water and mix it all together before bringing to the boil and allowing to simmer until the liquid thickens, around 15 minutes should do.
Serve the Chilli Con Carne with rice and you’re done!
