Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan. Add the onion, garlic and ginger and sauté until onion is translucent. Add the Nando‘s Curry Coconut Cooking Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add the peas, season to taste and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with Basmati Rice.
