Avocados. I love the texture, they can be used almost everywhere, and they’re so good for you!

What’s the first meal you remember cooking and was it a success or a disaster?
A batch of banana muffins for my friends. It was my first time baking…nobody likes charcoal muffins!
Who do you cook for the most?
My family.
What three ingredients would you take with you to a desert island and what would you cook with them?
Mango, salmon and vanilla. I love a crispy skin salmon on a mango salad with a vanilla buerre blanc.
If you were having any three people, alive or dead, over for dinner, who would they be and what would you cook for them?
Matt Preston, George Calombaris, and Gary Mehigan. Pudding for desert and it wouldn’t matter what was for the main.
