This week the team challenge will take place on the seas - on the P&O Pacific Jewel.
Aaron takes his place as the Blue team captain with Marion, Matthew, Jake, Callum, Jonathan and Joanne. While Skye takes forefront as the Red team captain with Peter, Claire, Adam, Alvin and Sharnee.
There are two plates of canapes that the teams will have choose from, and as Aaron won the Invention test this week, he gets to choose first.
The Blue team will be making Tasmanian Salmon Sashimi with Minted Cucumber Salad, Crumbed Lamb Cutlets with French Mustard & Herbs, Tempura Zucchini Flowers filled with Goats Cheese and Wagyu Bresaola with Prosciutto, Parmesan & Pear.
The Red team will be cooking the Beef Tenderloin Shavings with Caramelised Onions & Beetroot, BBQ Pork Belly with Red Cabbage & Apple Compote, Sesame Crusted Chicken Wings with Honey Soy Dip and Seared Tuna Ahi with Wasabi Mayonnaise & Pickled Ginger.
To help them along the way, each team will get a designated P&O sous chef (Brendt - pictured - and Thomas) to help them through this challenge.
Aaron has decided to break up the four different canapes amoungst the team as tasks rather than specific dishes.
The salmon needs to be filleted, pinned and sliced thinly for the sashimi dish.
The Red team, under Skye's lead, decides to task out different dishes to different team members and have three floaters help with the preparation.
Matt drops in on Jake and Callum as they continue to work on the preparation for the Salmon dish, which proves to more difficult than originally anticipated.
George and Matt step into the galley to rev up the contestants and get them moving along so that they can make the tight deadline.
Jonathan works on the grill with the lamb cutlets, that turn into a quick favourite above board among the passengers.

The red team form a smooth-working production line that helps them to roll out 60-70 canapes per minute!
The Blue teams production line may not work as smoothly as the Red teams, but in the end they got all there canapes out within the allotted time.
George and Matt are amongst the passengers on deck asking them what they think of the canapes rolling out from below the decks from the MasterChef team.
