Moroccan Chicken and Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

500g chicken thigh fillet, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 x 40g sachet McCORMICK Slow Cookers Moroccan Lamb Casserole
2 cups brown rice
2 ½ cups (625ml) water
2 cups carrot, grated
½ cup mint or parsley, chopped

Natural yoghurt to serve

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 4 hours
Serves: 6

1. Brown chicken and onion then add to the slow cookers insert pot.

2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Moroccan Lamb Casserole recipe base with the rice and water then pour over chicken.

3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between Slow Cooker models). Stir in the grated carrot and herbs.

4. Serve topped with yoghurt.
