Too many to choose one. French, Italian, Asian
Favourite place to travel?
Paris and New York.
Favourite dish to cook?
I love making crepes, they’re so easy and so yummy and remind me of being a kid.
Favourite dessert to eat?
Are you kidding? I can only choose one?? Impossible! I buckle at a good gooey passionfruit pav though.
Sweet or Savoury?
Both (is there a theme starting to appear here? Hopeless at making a decision, always fearful of order envy!).
How do you like your eggs?
Straight out from under the chicken from my friends farm.
Favourite ingredient and why?
Fresh herbs, they can make a meal sing!
What dish would be the way to your heart?
Anything French or Italian…or, wait, is that the waiter I’m thinking of…
What’s your favourite tune to cook to?
Anything from the Hotel Cortes range, either that or some relaxing KISS!
What’s the first meal you remember cooking and was it a success or a disaster?
The first meal I cooked all by myself was for both my grandparents. I was staying with them and there was some water-leaking drama at their neighbours. They were over there for hours trying to help, so I decided to cook them dinner. It was frozen crumbed chicken drumsticks which I put in the oven. Boiled potato and beans with cheese sticks. I was about seven. They seemed to think it was fabulous!
Who do you cook for the most?
My husband Billy!
What three ingredients would you take with you to a desert island and what would you cook with them?
1. Flour to make bread
2. Legumes because they keep and you can plant them
3. And chocolate because, well, your on a desert island! I’m figuring putting on weight would be the least of your problems!

If you were having any three people, alive or dead, over for dinner, who would they be and what would you cook for them?
Dorothy Parker – she’s dead unfortunately but had the type of wit that I would kill for. She would be hilarious at the table. Jamie Oliver – he’s such a visionary and an inspiration. I want to go with fitness and children where he’s gone with food and children. Barak Obama – what a man!
