Method 
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Marinating Time: 30 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves: 4
1. Pour stock in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well until pork is evenly coated. Cover and allow to marinate, in the refrigerator, for at least 30 mins or overnight. (Marinating overnight will give a more fuller flavour).
2. Remove the pork from the marinade and panfry, grill or barbecue for 4 mins each side, or until cooked, brushing regularly with the marinade. Serve with steamed vegetables or a salad.
