Method 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4
1. Blend the first five ingredients in a food processor until it turns into a smooth paste.
2. Marinate beef in the spice paste for at least 30 minutes.
3. Stir fry beef and curry paste for 5 minutes.
4. Add in coconut milk and sliced beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
5. Mix through spinach leaves and serve on a bed of jasmine rice.
