My name is Kieran. I am a chef and food lover from Sydney. I work at the Eathouse Diner in Redfern and I am currently working on my first cookbook.

While deliberating over what to add as a contribution to this site I had been doing some personal research into the many ways a core/key ingredient can be used. As a result of this, I figured it would be a great topic.
