I love Thai and Japanese food.
Favourite place to travel?
Ooh…that’s hard to answer. I’ve been to so many place and I have many favourites. I would love to go back to Paris and Venice though.
Favourite dish to cook?
It’s a family recipe called: Leche flan, which is basically like a better version of crème caramel.

Leche flan…(see above).

What dish would be the way to your heart?
Chicken teriyaki would be a way to my heart. It’s so tasty ad delicious. You can’t go wrong with this dish!
What’s your favourite tune to cook to?
Frankie Valli’s I can’t take my eyes off you…which happens to be my favourite song to ski too as well.
What’s the first meal you remember cooking and was it a success or a disaster?
My first meal disaster was cooking pasta and threw the pasta in a big pot of cold water, then proceeded boiling…it did not turn out well at all! Let’s just say it was really mushy and soggy!
Who do you cook for the most?
My husband and daughter who love my cooking.
What three ingredients would you take with you to a desert island and what would you cook with them?
Sweet condensed milk, eggs, sugar… I would make my favourite desert, leche flan.
