Her French mother ignited a passion for French cuisine, whilst her Australian father instilled in her a ‘roll up your sleeves and get stuck in’ attitude. Added to her undeniable sense of adventure this means Justine brings a certain un petite je ne sais quoi (a little something different) to everything she does.
Her pride in her French food heritage, together with her organised approach to cooking, astonished the MasterChef judges. As well as presenting her TV show, she has her own catering business, Justine Schofield Catering, and travels Australia to cater private functions.
