Jelly Squares

Ingredients

1 cup desiccated coconut
1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal
85g  Original Ripe Cherry*, or
Original Raspberry
Original Strawberry
Original Raspberry and Apple
1 cup milk powder
250g copha, melted
1 x 180g packet raspberry jubes, roughly chopped

 

*Use your favourite berry jelly flavour, and replace cherry ripe with jubes if desired. Store in an air-tight container.

Method untested

1. Combine coconut, puffed rice cereal, jelly crystals and milk powder in a large bowl, and stir through the melted copha.

 

2. Add in the chopped raspberry jubes, then pour mixture into a 20cm x 30cm tray lined with bake paper.

 

3. Flatten out with a spatula, then allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

 

4. Slice into squares, then serve.
