Method 
1. Combine coconut, puffed rice cereal, jelly crystals and milk powder in a large bowl, and stir through the melted copha.
2. Add in the chopped raspberry jubes, then pour mixture into a 20cm x 30cm tray lined with bake paper.
3. Flatten out with a spatula, then allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Slice into squares, then serve.
