Method 
1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in boiling water, and then whip through the cream for 5 minutes. Pour into a deep tray and freeze until icy. Whisk again and refreeze until solid. Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving.
(N.B. You can replace the cream with milk, but the ice-cream will be an icier and more gelati like consistency)
