Jelly Ice Bowl

Ingredients

85g Original Pink Lemonade, or
Original Strawberry
1 punnet strawberries cut in half
2 bowls, 1 large, 1 medium
Water

Method untested

 

1. Make jelly up according to pack instructions and set in a square shallow container.

 

2. To make ice bowl, place the medium bowl inside the larger bowl and pour water in-between to separate them.

 

3. Place strawberries around the top of the water and freeze overnight.

 

4. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving and place in the sink. Run a cloth of warm water around bowls until ice bowl is free.

 

5. Cut jelly into squares, place in the ice bowl and serve with left over strawberries
