Jelly Boat Sundae

Ingredients

85g Original Jelly – Your Choice
450ml water
1 punnet strawberries, washed and hulled
4 bananas
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method untested

 

1. Make up the jelly according to pack instructions and allow to set.  When set, chop into chunks.

 

2. Chop strawberries into pieces. Peel and slice bananas in half lengthways.

 

3. Arrange bananas, strawberries and jelly in bowls or jelly boats, then top with vanilla ice cream.

 

4. Serve immediately.

 

Serving Suggestion:
Why not try sprinkling jelly crystals over the ice cream. This makes a great, crunchy and fun topping.
