Ingredients

85g Original Orange Jelly
1 cup raspberries
85g Original Raspberry Jelly
200ml rich cream
1/2 cup shaved or shredded coconut

Method untested

 

1. Make Orange Jelly to pack instructions and pour into six clear cups. Place in the refrigerator on a slight angle and allow to set.

 

2. Once the Orange Jelly is set divide the raspberries evenly across the six cups. Make Raspberry Jelly, cool slightly and pour on top of the fresh raspberries. Place back in the refrigerator and allow to set.

 

3. Just before serving place two tablespoons of rich cream onto each jelly and sprinkle with shaved coconut.

 

 

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with yogurt instead of cream for a low fat option.
