Profession: host of video hits.
Signature dish: slow roasted pork belly with candied chillies.
Travelling all over the world with Video Hits, Fuzzy has been to some amazing restaurants, but loves nothing more than entertaining friends with a dinner party at home.
"I love dinner parties! They're the best because I cook for the people I know and love, have good conversation over food and share memories."
"I did a dinner party for a group of friends last year where I was quite ambitious, cooking almost 10 different dishes for them to pick at on a large table. The pressure of getting things done simultaneously resulted in me scolding my arm with boiling water and grabbing a sizzling hot tray that I forgot was in the oven at over 200 degrees."
Fuzzy learnt to cook watching her Grandma when she was young and is influenced by the Chinese style of cooking.
"My first memories of cooking were with my Grandma when I was about four years old. She would make delicious cakes and I'd sit next to her in the dining room watching her and helping her measure the ingredients andwork the food processor."
"Coming from my Chinese background, every night growing up was spent sharing food at the dinner table. We'd each have our bowl of rice and all the meat, seafood and vegetable dishes would be in the centre of the table."
"My grandparents were also incredible green thumbs, and a lot of the food we used in the kitchen came from their massive backyard. They had so many vegetables, herbs, figs, pears and a monster almond tree. There were chickens too. I was devastated when they were killed and placed on our dinner table. I couldn't eat the chickens I fed and watched grow up."
"My mum was excellent at teaching me how to use and take care of a wok. It was great for teaching me traditional Chinese meals. She was also in London for a good decade so taught me how to make cakes and winter meals like Shepherds' Pie."
Fuzzy likes to cook light, rustic food and has also picked up some tips from an Australian cook book legend.
"I really like to make anything that's light, rustic and mainly seafood or chicken. I'm also good at baking cakes but I wouldn't have a clue when it comes to bread.
"I also thank the Stephanie Alexander book for bringing happiness to the many kitchens I've cooked in over the years. 'The Cooks Companion' is the bomb."
Without calming music to help her in the kitchen, Fuzzy knows that she'll have to concentrate to find her focus.
"I'm calm if I have music in the kitchen but I can be panicky if I'm over ambitious, running under time pressure or distracted!"
