ALL chefs do a TAFE course... including the judges!
how about Chris, what he's too good to do an apprenticeship and go to TAFE?
we can say that for all the contestants... that's why they are there...
apprentices are paid poorly, work long hours, split shifts, evenings and weekends!
Who woldn't want to fast track?
oh and pastry chefs... they get it worse, they start early every day! same as bakers! up before the birds...
