I never thought our national dish would be on air here. I do wonder why peasant food from lesser known culinary countries are not noticed when pitted against romantic notions of provincial France... etc etc Flavour should be king.

Anyway, thanks for cooking 2 of my favourite foods!

Bad luck for Kathleen, she overcooked her chicken ball there and could have won.
