MasterChef Forum Code of Conduct
Please read the Forum Code of Conduct. These rules have been put in place to ensure
MasterChef forums and message boards are a safe but fun experience for
everyone.
Participating
in the forums and message boards, make sure you follow the following:
* All posting are at our discretion.
* You are responsible for the content and legality of your posting.
* No abuse or swearing.
* No personal attacks at all.
* No defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, violent, false, misleading, offensive, pornographic or otherwise unlawful posts are permitted.
* Do not post anything in which you do not own the copyright. For example, posting a news article into a post is a breach of copyright. Do not post links to external sites, but internal links within the www.masterchef.com.au site are fine.
* Don't pretend to be someone who you aren't.
* No posting on behalf of suspended or banned participants.
* Do not discuss any of the following:
* A topic or post that has been removed.
* A warning that you of someone else has received.
* Any direct communication had with a moderator.
* The contents of personal messages with other forum members.
* Any contact details, including home address, phone number or email address, or of a moderator or member.
* No spamming, advertising, or endorsing commercial products.
* No off-topic material in MasterChef forum forums and threads. Please post in the correct forum. If you
want to go off topic, post in General Off Topic.
* No shouting. Don't post capitals or mixture of capitals and lower case letters.
* All posting will be read by a moderator.
* No spoilers, unless the word SPOILER is in capitals in the subject of the post.
* No links to external sites.
* Do not create a new topic if one with a similar subject already exists.
* Respect every participant, our moderators and administrators.
* We may change these rules at any time by making the changed rules available at this site.
Please
follow the rules, if you can not you will risk:
* Removal of your posting.
* Having you account suspended.
* Future participation privileges being revoked absolutely and without notice.
Remember MasterChef Online members are entitled to one account only.
Anything that you feel breaks these rules should be reported. This will bring them to
the attention of a moderator. We will aim to deal with inappropriate posts within 48 hours of them appearing, and will aim to deal with anything reported to us
within 24 hours.
Remember, Moderators and Administrators are always right. We may also decide to report
repeat offenders to their Internet Service Provider, or in serious cases, to
legal authorities.
Be Safe
Our message boards and forums are a public space. Do not reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else in your postings.
Never arrange to meet anyone through any forum or message board
