Chris Badenoch came to our screens as the hat-wearing beer merchant on the original MasterChef Australia. His enthusiasm for beer and nose-to-tail cooking saw Chris create and dish up slightly offbeat, unconventional and exciting dishes, most notably a whole pigs head and his now famous Beeramisu.
In 2010 Chris channeled his passion for food and beer into his first cookbook, The Entire Beast published with Penguin - lantern. The same year he opened his Melbourne based restaurant, Josie Bones, with partner and fellow MasterChef contestant, Julia Jenkins. His witty and dark sense of humour ensures Chris is always entertaining and very memorable.
