Method 
Prep Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
1. Mix together oil, ginger, chilis, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sliced pork fillet. Let marinate for an hour.
2. Heat a large pan or wok and stir-fry pork for 4-5 minutes. Add in sweet chili sauce, Chinese broccoli and bok choy and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes until just wilted.
3. Serve with jasmine rice.
