Serves: 4
1. Pour Campbell’s Real Stock into a medium sauce pan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low to keep warm.
2. Heat the oil in a large 32cm deep frying pan, over medium- high heat. Add chorizo and chicken cook for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Add onion and garlic to pan and cook for 3- 5 minutes until soft and golden.
4. Return chicken and chorizo, add rice and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in heated stock, turmeric and smoked paprika. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Stir in the prawns and 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender and prawns are cooked through.
