Method 
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Makes: 24
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
2. To make McCORMICK Slow Cookers Chicken, Bacon and Potato:
Layer potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker insert pot.
Brown chicken and bacon then stir the McCormick Slow Cookers seasoning sachet through the mix.
Add chicken and bacon into slow cooker insert pot on top of the potatoes.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between Slow Cooker models)
Stir through cream.
3. Cut the short crust pastry into 24 even squares. Grease 24 small pie or muffin tins and line the bottom of the tins with the short crust pastry squares.
4. Trim the edges with a knife and blind bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
5. Finely chop the chilled Slow Cookers Chicken, Bacon and Potato mixture and spoon evenly between the pastry cases.
6. Cut puff pastry into 24 even squares and top the pastry cases then crimp and trim the edges.
7. Brush the pie tops with egg and bake for a further 20 minutes then serve.
