Method 
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
Serves: 6
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
2. Reserve 1 cup of stock. Pour remaining stock into a large saucepan & bring to the boil. Add macaroni and cook for 7 mins or until pasta is al dente. Stir in chicken, remove from heat.
3. Whilst pasta is cooking, heat butter in another saucepan. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
4. Stir in flour then cook, stirring, over medium heat for 1 min. Slowly add reserved stock, stirring continuously, until just thickened.. Stir through macaroni mixture with 1 cup of cheese.
5. Spoon into a 30cm x 20cm casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with a fresh green salad.
