As a ‘huge fan of eating’ his philosophy is simple, satisfying food. In his own words ‘I'm 21, assuming I live to the ripe age of 82, eating three meals a day, that's 66,795 bad experiences I would have had if I didn't know how to cook. And yes, I'm a bit of a nerd’.
Callum is passionate about educating his peers on how to eat healthy, delicious meals on a budget. This ethos is the basis for both his cook book The Starter Kitchen and his cooking school Sprout and is reflected in his choice to become an ambassador for Jamie Oliver’s Home Cooking Skills.
