Method 
Step 1: Heat a char-grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle both sides of bread with olive oil. Char-grill for 3 minutes each side and rub with 1 of the garlic cloves.
Step 2: Grate remaining garlic and place in a bowl with the parsley and lemon zest, and mix to combine.
Step 3: To serve, top each piece of bread with 2 slices of lardo and gremolata. Drizzle with extra virgin oil, and season to taste.
