Method 
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Makes: 16 small
1. Preheat oven to 200° Celsius.
2. To make McCORMICK Rice Cookers Beef & Tomato Rice:
Heat oil in a frying pan and brown beef then add to the rice cooker insert pot.
Place rice, McCormick Rice Cookers Tuscan Recipe Base, crushed tomatoes; green beans and 400ml water into the rice cooker insert pot and stir.
Cover with lid and press selector control to COOK (DO NOT REMOVE LID during cooking). Cook until the selector control switches to KEEP WARM.
Let Stand for 10 minutes with the lid on. Stir through the chopped basil and diced fresh tomato.
3. Place 3 cups of the cooked McCORMICK Rice Cookers recipe base, red onion, BBQ sauce and ¼ cup of flour into a large bowl and shape the rice mixture into golf ball size logs. Dust each log with remaining flour.
4. Whisk together the egg and milk then dip the logs into the mixture.
5. Roll the logs in breadcrumbs and gently shallow fry in hot oil until golden and place in oven for ten minutes to warm through and serve.
