Beef and Ravioli Soup

Beef and Ravioli Soup

Ingredients

500g diced beef (blade, chuck, etc)
1 x 400g can crushed tomatoes
1 x 200g sachet McCORMICK Slow Cookers Soup Hearty Beef & Vegetable dry recipe base
1L (4 cups) water
½ x 375g packet fresh ravioli or agnolotti pockets (we use Spinach and Ricotta)
1 cup green beans, sliced

Method untested

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4 hours
Serves:  6-8

1. Panfry beef until golden brown.

 

2. Place into the slow cooker dish with tomatoes, McCORMICK Slow Cookers Soup Hearty Beef & Vegetable sachet contents and water.

 

3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

 

4. Add ravioli pockets and beans 10 minutes before serving.
