Basil Pesto Spaghetti

Ingredients

250ml pack Campbell’s Real Stock - Chicken
500g dried spaghetti
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
1 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serves: 6

1. Cook spaghetti according to directions on pack.
2. Place the stock, basil, garlic and parmesan cheese into a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Drain spaghetti place into a large serving bowl, pour over basil mixture and toss to coat. Serve.
