Easy One Pot Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients

500ml pack Campbell’s Real Stock – Beef
1 tablespoon oil 1 onion, finely chopped
500g beef mince 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 x 420g can diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 ½ teaspoons dried oregano leaves
4 cups (300g) dried spiral pasta freshly grated parmesan, to serve

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
Chill Time: 2 hours
Serves: 4

1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Increase heat to high, add mince and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until well browned, stirring often to break up meat.
4. Add beef stock, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and pasta and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring often, until pasta is al dente. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
