Method 
1. Whisk the flour, milk and eggs in a bowl until just combined.
2. Melt butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter (or desired amount) into the pan 2-3cm apart and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for 1 minute on other side.
3. Transfer to a baking tray loosely covered with foil and keep warm in a low oven while cooking remaining pancakes. Serve with butter and maple syrup as desired.
